My foot was almost runover by a car.

I went to SSS with my Mom this afternoon because she wanted me to get my SSS number. When we got off the jeepney, I thought there were no more cars so I proceeded to walk to the other side. Wrong move! A metallic yellow car suddenly came and my mom tried to pull me back but my left foot got caught under the front tire.

I screamed. O_O

He pulled back as soon as he heard me scream. After that he asked me if I was okay and if I needed to go to the hospital and if there was any blood. He continuously apologized while I was crying because it really hurt. I could still walk, so I declined the hospital offer.

But my foot hurt while we were at SSS. I couldn't stop my tears because it hurts SO MUCH! T_T I finished filing for my SSS number and then we went home.

Back home, I quickly applied ice over my foot. But it was still painful, so I thought there may be broken bones. We rushed to Delgado Hospital ER and asked them for an x-ray.

After a few minutes, we got the x-ray results and there were no fractures. Thank God. However, I had soft tissue inflammation so they prescribed anti-inflammatory drugs. :(

It was ironic that my Mom just got Philam Accident Shield yesterday, then this happens to me. I think I need that. @_@
