Certified!

My brother passed the Electrical Engineering Board Exams! ^____^ My parents were so happy that they were hugging each other and texting everyone we knew who prayed for him. :)

To tell the truth, I was a bit skeptical with this year's results because my brother had troubles with his love life. Funny thing is, we learned that he passed because his ex-girlfriend's mom called him and congratulated him. He looked at the papers this morning but he didn't notice the smaller prints which included the list of passers. :P

Now that kuya passed the boards, all they're waiting for is my graduation. All eyes are on me. So much pressure. Gah! T_T

Anyway, I'm really happy that he passed. God answered our prayers. ;)

Yay for miracles! :D

By the way, top 1 came from UP-Diliman, Emiliano Pugoy, I know that guy. He's from Circuit. -_-; But still, GOOOO UP! XD

*~*~*~*~*

We went to Marikina this afternoon. Thinking of saving time and ourselves from getting wet because of the rain, we took a taxi. Dad got this really old Kia taxi which looked like it wouldn't last for long. Before we got to the Tumana Bridge, the left tire rolled off to the other side of the street. O_O And the rain was pouring down... >_<

Scary stuff...

We got there a bit later than expected but we were able to see the birthday boy, Kuya Elvis. Then stayed for a few hours at Ate Nene's house before going to Lola.

I missed Lola! I was heartbroken when I saw how her age and other complications have done to her body. I can't help but feel helpless because she's really old, 86 years old. But I'm happy that she's in a better shape than last week. I hope she stays strong for a long time... until I finish my course, get married and have kids. :D Tall order? ^^;

She's my only grandparent left so I really want her to live longer. :)
