Bloody hill...

My biggest frustration right now... is that I'm not fit to donate blood. My weight is still 104lbs. and it's been like that for three years. T_T I'm willing to donate my blood... take it! take it! :D

Anyway, due to my frustration and unending appetite for shoes. I went to the mall, thinking that it'll be easy to find Mom because she's already there and she brought her phone. But noooooo.... her phone was turned off when I tried calling her a couple of times. I also texted her but she didn't reply. So I just checked out the shoe selection (yes.. I was really rooting for shoes and not much on clothes and other stuff, I was planning to buy a pair or so..) and called home to ask Kuya if she called there (she might have forgotten to charge her phone or something). Anyway, after browsing for an hour Mom texted me to meet her at the escalator beside the shoes.. so of course I went to the nearest escalator (there were two pairs of escalators which are located at the two ends of the store).

But lo and behold! All the escalators were beside the shoes! O_O

So I went around the store thrice looking at the escalators and any sign of my Mom. I was getting aggravated and then she called asking me "What's taking you so long?" Ouuufffff!!! >_< Anyway I got detailed directions after a while and we were able to meet at one of the cashiers (luckily, the cashiers have numbers).

When I was looking at the shoes, I was always thinking.. which one would be best for rainy weather? Which one is water repellant? So.. I ended up seeing the Merrell Pulse II which looks like my current Merrell shoes. So I decided not to buy waterproof shoes and just looked at the cute ones. I really like the sneakers at Pony, but they didn't have any size 7 of the blue leather shoes.. so I picked another one which is in khaki with pretty embroidery. The salesperson was really nice and attended to everything I needed so I bought it. :D (Yes... when sales people are nice and attentive I usually buy their stuff. ;) ) And then after much browsing, I saw this pair of adorable denim flats. It was love at first try! And the price was only 10% of what I paid for the Pony shoes so I took it. :P

Then we went around the mall, looking at furniture and other home goodies that my Mom loves. Then we went grocery shopping and I chanced seeing this funky pair of World Balance rubber shoes. It was actually in children's sizes (so what if they're for kids, it was a perfect fit! :P) and I realized that my feet were still small. Lol. Anyway, you know what I would do with those shoes... XD

We took the taxi with Tita Jasmin (our neighbor) and got home around 10pm (that's like.. 10 hours of shopping... whew!) where I just plopped on the bed due to exhaustion.

Wow.. three pairs of shoes in one day.

Yayness! XD

Funny things last month:

1. While I was taking one vitamin tablet...
Mom: Those are for adults. *in a matter-of-factly tone*
Me: *bewildered look* Ma, I'm already 22 years old... ^^;
Mom: Oh yeah... you don't act like one so I forgot.

Nyeeehhh!

2. Mom made some super delicious beef macaroni soup while it was raining. And me being the voracious little girl, I readily scooped some hot soup on a bowl and proceeded to eat it. WRONG MOVE! I burned the lower half of my tongue... ouch!

But that didn't stop me from eating the soup... or the Kitkats at home. XD

3. While Phin and I were talking at the library...
Phin: What's Nas' job?
Me: I don't know... she said she might go up the cellphone towers to repair them or something.
Phin: How?! Can she reach the ladders?

Hehehe... We love you Nas! We miss you sooooo much... :D
